The Dragoman's House in Old-Town Nicosia

This is the beautifully restored and furnished residence of the Dragoman, a Turkish official position during Ottoman rule in Cyprus. Located just around the corner from the Archbishop's Palace, and housing an ethnological museum, the Dragoman's House provides a fascinating insight into Cyprus in Ottoman times. If you're in the neighborhood, this place is definitely worth a visit.
This particular view looks out through one of the property's many archways, and across the courtyard towards the adjacent Omeriye mosque.
